A Great Year 7 Rugby Season Draws to an End, But It’s Not Over Yet!

Year 7 Rugby has gone from strength to strength this year. The squad has grown steadily, with new players every week helping to strengthen a rapidly improving squad. An inexperienced team in comparison to other schools, they have developed quickly – learning rules, tackling, rucking, and mauling techniques.

The boys have been great to work with this year, and have been bright, enthusiastic and committed. It has been a pleasure to work with these boys, even in the torrential rain at two of our fixtures!

The season is not over yet however. Next Thursday we are out of school for a tournament with all other Year 7 school teams – an extracurricular experience the boys will not forget.

The best of luck for the rest of the season boys, and well done so far!
