Meet Mr McCulloch, Assistant Key Stage Leader

Mr McCulloch joins us as Assistant Key Stage Four Leader.   His aim is to help students at Coombe Dean make changes for the better.  He believes that this is best achieved by having good relationships with students, their families, Coombe Dean colleagues and other professionals.

You can find Mr McCulloch in the Inclusion Base, on duty around the school every lunchtime and on the buses, two nights a week.  If there are problems on the bus, students can speak him; he has authority to sanction poor behaviour and can refer matters to our behaviour team, if appropriate.

You may well recognise Mr McCulloch from his previous role as Receptionist, which brought him into daily contact with Coombe Dean students and families.  Before that he worked at Sainsburys as a Customer Services Team Leader, completed a Drama degree at Bath Spa University and worked as Assistant Practitioner at the Theatre Royal, running drama workshops for young people.

His mix of experience from outside and inside education makes him a great addition to our team.

If you would like to find out more about how Mr McCulloch can help or you feel that you need his help now, please get in touch.
