There was a real buzz in Post 16 on Thursday 19th June as we opened our doors to welcome our incredible cohort of prospective post-16 students for their much-anticipated Transition Day!

Smiles, excitement, and a buzz of curiosity filled the air as students stepped into their next big chapter. Whether it was exploring new subjects, meeting future classmates, or getting a taste of life in our sixth-form community, the day was packed with inspiration and opportunity.

Our staff were blown away by the enthusiasm, maturity, and positivity shown by the students. Students participated in Taster Lessons with enthusiasm, and it was a delight to see them fill the study areas and get stuck into their first independent study tasks. We are so excited to see what they can achieve with us next year and beyond.

A huge thank you to everyone who made the day such a success—from our dedicated staff and student ambassadors to the families supporting these young people on their journey. And to our future post-16 students: we are so excited to see all that you will achieve. Today was just the beginning!
