The event provided students with an excellent opportunity to speak directly with employers, training providers, colleges, and apprenticeship organisations about their future pathways. These conversations helped students explore a wide range of options, gain valuable insight into different careers, and raise their aspirations for what they can achieve after school.

Our students were a total credit to Coombe Dean throughout the day. They engaged positively with exhibitors, asked thoughtful questions, and represented the school exceptionally well.

The experience will now support Year 10 students as they begin planning for their work experience placements, while Year 11 students can use the information and advice gathered to help them make informed decisions about their post-16 options and next steps.

We look forward to continuing to support our students as they explore opportunities, develop their ambitions, and prepare for successful futures.
