Chef Peter Gorton Review
The Year 10 Hospitality and Catering students who attend Coombe Dean Secondary School were presented with the opportunity to host Master Chef Peter Gorton. He had brought with him a palette of locally sourced ingredients from Tamar Fresh. All the students were engrossed with the remarkable session Peter lead, getting involved with the conversations, smelling and tasting exotic ingredients and some even cooked alongside the Michelin Star Chef for the class. Peter was highly enthusiastic to teach us and made the whole room light up due to his joyous, friendly personality. The students were very lucky and extremely grateful to be involved in this experience. They would like to have more experiences like this. Thank you Peter and The Hospitality and Catering Department.
