I am writing to share some fantastic news with our school community.

I am absolutely delighted to confirm the appointment of Mrs Caroline Granville as the permanent Headteacher of Coombe Dean School.

As Executive Headteacher within the Trust,  I will continue to be in school regularly, working closely with Mrs Granville to support the school's continuing development. Coombe Dean remains very close to my heart, and I’m committed to ensuring its continued success.

Mrs Granville brings a deep understanding of our school’s values, a strong sense of purpose, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every young person. Her vision for the future of Coombe Dean is inspiring, and I know she will continue to lead with dedication, warmth, and integrity.

I am incredibly proud of the journey we have been on as a school. Together, we have faced challenges, embraced opportunities, and made great strides forward – always with the best interests of our students at heart.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our staff, parents, carers and students for their continued support and belief in the school. Your commitment has played a vital role in helping us move from strength to strength, and I am confident that – under Mrs Granville's leadership – Coombe Dean School will continue to flourish.
