A group of Coombe Dean students tackled the slopes of Siestere in the Italian mountains during the same week as the 2026 Winter Olympics in Cortina. This was an amazing trip where students truly faced fears and demonstrated resilience which enabled them to make significant progress each and every day. By the end of the trip, all 4 groups managed to ski down at least a red run (2nd most difficult!). 

We are incredibly proud that we were able to showcase the Coombe Dean community on the slopes in a different environment where students were able to flourish.
